Join us for our final Halloween Bash planning meeting on Wednesday, October 15th at Va's house or via Google Meet (link above). We’ll finalize sponsorship pickups, volunteer coordination, signage, and the event layout to ensure everything is ready for the big day on Saturday, October 18th. This is our last chance to confirm all details before the Bash!
